The Calico Cottage is 10 Minutes East of the Nashville Airport
20 minutes East of downtown Nashville, just off I-40 exit #226-A
On a 75 acre Farm with a Security Gate. Beautiful Mature Trees, Lots of Pretty Flowers and a Relaxing Pond with a Fountain..Tranquil and Private. PERFECT for one person who needs a long term place to stay at a reasonable rate. This is a very small "one room" rental, will not accommodate more than two people. No Kitchen, counter top with sink, coffee pot and microwave, mini fridge and toaster. TV Trays, and outside there's a small table & chairs for two, on the deck with a gas grill. We provide propane for the grill.
This Cozy Doll House has Beautiful Decor, A Lazboy Reclining Love Seat, LCD TV with DVD. Perfect for Two People, even though this rental is small, it has everything you need for a comfortable getaway. Not set-up for full meal prep but you can bring a crock pot or electric skillet. We provide dishes and silverware. Outdoor Gas Grill.
