Ridge Marina on Shadow Mountain Lake. Five minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park and 1 1/2 hours from Denver.

With 4 bedrooms, a downstairs Den area with its own Satellite TV/radio (total of 3 seperate Satellite TV/radios in the house), two (2) gas fireplaces, and 2 1/2 bathrooms, this cabin has all the cosy comforts of home.

Great for family reunions and entertaining. relax in the sunny living room or on the 452 square foot wrap around deck after a day of boating, watching wildlife, fishing, Skiing in Winter Park or shopping in Grand Lake.

Great area for motorcycles, ATVs and snowmobiles.

This cabin is tastefully furnished with hardwood floors and cabin accessories. Remodeled in 2007, fully furnished, full kitchen, complete laundry room and wireless internet.

Lots of wildlife including: Hummingbirds all around, White American Pelicans (on the lake that you can see from the house), Osprey, Bluebirds, Chipmunks, Fox, Elk, Moose and even the occassional Bear. Very few Mosquitoes!!

The cabin is very easy to find and has all year access (only two blocks from paved Highway 34) with plenty of off road parking. NO SMOKING. Well behaved dogs welcomed!

Fully stocked kitchen with PLENTY of dishes, silverware, mugs, glasses, & cooking utensils. Dish washer, electric stove and oven, refrigerator with ice maker. Two crock pots, fondue set, vegetable steamer, bread maker, microwave, toaster, blender, electric can opener, two coffee pots, 4 "TV" tray
tables, some tupperware, spices, sugar, creamer, etc.

Kitchen table seats up to 10 with table extensions and additional folding chairs that are supplied.

Three Satellite TV/radios so you can watch three different channels (or satellite music) at the same time. (TV in master bedroom, living room and downstaire den) One portable boom box radio. Two DVDplayers, one with surrond sound. Wireless high speed internet.

Unlimited long distance telephone calls within USA and Canada. Most cell phones work in the area.

Two gas BBQ grills. Three picnic tables and plenty of patio chairs and a few small tables.

Laundry Room: Washer and dryer and utility sink. Laundry soap provided. All linens and towels supplied.

Plenty of level parking (RV/Boat/Trailers) for 7-9 vechicles in WINTER and 10-12 vehicles in summer (depends on the size of the vechicles). Horseshoe pits on the property. Plenty of room for Frisbee golf, etc. Kid friendly with lots of books, magazines and some games provided.

Plenty of outdoor lighting options and various lighting options inside including dimmer switches for "mood" lighting. Lots of windows and a skylight in the upstairs bathroom. Living room and kitchen faces the warm, sunny southern exposure. Living room has Great Views of Shadow Mountain Lake and
Mountains.

One gas firplace in the downstairs den and another gas fireplace in the upstairs living room.

BEDS: Four bedrooms- King bed in master with 2 sinks and walk in closet; Queen bed (2) upstairs and downstairs bedrooms; Upstairs 3rd bedroom - Double bed below and single bunk above (this room slleeps
three) and the downstairs den has additional: one queen futon and a full sized futon. Sleeps a total of 13 with foutons and top bunk.

PEAK: post Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day Weekend...$265/night (3night minimum).

NON-PEAK: Post Labor Day up to Memorial Day Weekend...$175/night (2 night minimum).
$100 Cleaning fee (our cost) added to less than 3 night stay (any time of year).

MAJOR HOLIDAYS: Christmas, New Years...$355/night (5 night minimum).

SUMMER HOLIDAYS: $395/night...Memorial and Labor day weekends (3 night minimum), July 4th (4 night minimum).

OTHER HOLIDAYS: $225/night...Thanksgiving, MLK weekend, President's Day (3 night minimum).

$400 refundable damage/reservation deposit. (extra $100 pet deposit).
