I comes equipped with a FULL KITCHENETTE nicely stocked with a
microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker,toaster oven, etc.
You will have full access to the gorgeous pool and towel service, but
if the beach is your thing you just cannot get any better than our
gorgeous Miami Beach, where you'll find lounges and umbrellas for
rent, or bring your own towels and camp on the sand.
The hotel has several bars and a restaurant which you can use on a
cash basis, as the unit is privately owned and not part of the hotel
for charging,parking, or concierge privileges. There is parking nearby
as well as drug stores
and food shoppes. Daily maid service also is not part of the rental,
but you will be provided with plenty of towels and some cleaning
supplies. Maid service is available for a $65 charge should you
require it for longer stays or if the little ones made a big mess.

Linens will be washed and replaced as well as bed linens, with housekeeping service.ALL RENTALS HAVE A $75 CHECK OUT CLEANING FEE.
