We have mooring available at the house for a Boat and/or Jet-Skis.

We are located on the waters of Boca Ciega Bay, with easy access to the Gulf of Mexico. We are approximately 5 minutes drive to the Gulf Beaches, 15 minutes to downtown St. Petersburg and The Pier, and 45 minutes to Tampa Airport, BUSCH GARDENS.... and LESS than 2 hours to DISNEYWORLD!

Yacht Club Estates is accessible via Treasure Island Causeway/Central Ave. Our island community is located along 79th Street South & is bounded on all sides by the Boca Ciega Bay with easy access to the Gulf of Mexico. Residents who are boaters have the luxury of keeping their boats behind their homes on this waterway. We are approximately 5 minutes drive to the Gulf Beaches, 15 minutes to downtown St. Petersburg and The Pier, and 40 minutes to Tampa with it's 'International Plaza' and the International Airport. Grocery stores, banks etc are within 2 miles from the property & the nearest main shopping center is Tyrone Mall. We have Rental Companies to recommend for Baby Cribs, etc. There is casual and fine dining very close and we have a selection of Brochures, Maps, Restaurant information at the house for you, along with games, books, DVSs & CDs. 35 miles of the Pinellas hiking and biking trail is minutes away, as are golf courses, marinas, museums, parks & attractions, etc

February 01 - May 31 : $3,500 per week

June 01 - September 15 : $3,000 per week

September 16 - December 31: $2,500 per week*
