Bahama Bay Resort Andros Apartment. in Davenport

This ground floor Andros type apartment of 1394 sq. ft. is situated
in the spacious and lush Bahama
Bay Resort. The Resort itself is on the banks of beautiful Lake
Davenport and down by the Lake there
is the Restaurant, bar, shop, swimming pool and white sand beach
complex. This swimming pool is just
one of the five now available and all are heated. In addition there
is also a kiddies pool and play
area.

The apartment comprises a large lounge and dinner area served by a
fully equipped kitchen. Off this
area is a large patio with table two side tables and six chairs.
Cable TV is installed together with
radio and DVD player.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed and cable TV with plenty of
closet space and a small outside
sitting area. The master bathroom off has a separate shower and tub
with twin vanities.

The second bedroom has twin beds and TV. It also has its own access
to the second bathroom which has
an over tub shower and single vanity. It also has its own outside
seating area. However unlike the
patio and the area off the master bedroom it does not have insect
screens.

All linens are provided even down to pool towels and these can be
laundered in the separate washer/
dryer room.

As my wife and I live close to the Resort we are personally able to
supervise the apartment to
ensure that it is cleaned and maintained to a high standard. We are
not absentee owners who have to
leave this important aspect for your comfort and enjoyment to third
parties where standards can and
do vary greatly.
