Our unit is in Building 2 and is a quiet second floor(out of 3
floors), 1730 square foot floorplan
which has stunning views of the beach, caribbean ocean and pool
offering magnificent sunsets from
the large terraces off of the living room and master bedroom.
We purchased this new condo as our family vacation home and decorated
with a designer-quality
tropical(Tommy Bahama style) decor.
All guests have access to the Wyndham's SPA, jet-skis, activities
desk,car rental and snack/gift
shop. They also have a dive shop so you can rent their equipment and
dive boats.
The complex has 24 hour gated-security and can summon you a taxi
(they wait outside the Wyndham
Resort) from the phone in the condo.
Maid Service and Bottled water are included.
My management company will greet you to the island;and a"house rep"
will check on you daily, arrange
for any activities and needs you may have.

Once you are ready to book the condo, my management company will
contact you and email a rental
agreement. 50% down secures your reservation.
Transportation to the condo is either taking the shuttle van from the
airport $9/person or renting a
car. Hertz, Avis are in the airport and Thrifty/Dollar/Executive are
200 yards off the airport
property. Do a search on a website like Travelocity to compare rates.
You can also just get a car by
the day at the Reef Resort next door but the cost is a bit more).

3 Bedrooms/2 Bathrooms/Fully Equipped Kitchen
Each bedroom has a King-size bed. Each room has its own AC
unit so that each person can control their own desired temperature. The master bedroom has a
private bath with tub/shower; while
the two guest-rooms share a bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
(twin air-mattress(aerobed)if
needed for additional child).
LIVING Area
The living area has two comfortable ultasuede sofas, two large luxury
rattan cushioned chairs, a
cocktail table with four caster-wheel stools a 32" TV with dish
network; DVD and CD stereo in a
large entertainment cabinet.
KITCHEN/DINING
The fully-equipped kitchen has granite counters and mahogany
cabinets. The counter has 4 handsome
wood-crafted stools and the dining table has 6 lovely seagrass woven
chairs.
TERRACE
The terrace has a round rattan-style table with 6 matching chairs.
There are 4 chaise lounge chairs
to relax/read and enjoy the sunset and margaritas! The Master Bedroom
terrace has a hammock for a
siesta!

BEACH-The beach is very large and has palapas and chaises lounge
chairs.
POOLS-There are 2 pools. The beautiful "infinity-stye" Pool is
directly on the beach, has a huge
deck, bathrooms, shower and a counter area. The 2nd pool has ocean
and garden view.
FOOD/MEALS:
1.Huge Grocery store(called "Chedraui")in town-8 miles from the
condo. It is like a Walmart. You
will find most of the same items/brands as in U.S.
2. Walk to the 3 Beach Clubs 300 yards south. They offer lunch and
snacks(Carlos & Charlies;
Paradise Beach club; San Francisco Club).
3.There is a 4-star adults-only restaurant at the "Aura-Grand Bay"
Hotel which is next to our
beachfront pool(this is an adults-only luxury hotel). They offer
individual meal service or an all-
inclusive option.
4.The Wyndam(ReefClub)Resort Hotel is next-door; and, offers daily
passes to our residents and
guests for their "all-inclusive" amenities which includes all meals
at the restaurants or pool-side
grill, all beverages including alcohol, bars, kid's club, evening
entertainment and activities such
as water sports, tennis, and volleyball. GOLFERS-receive a discount
on greens-fees with your Reef
Club wrist band at the Cozumel Country Club(as of this writing). The
Reef's day-pass options are
$50/day adults/$25 kids under 12.
4.We can arrange for a private chef in the condo.
5.Dozens of terrific restaurants of every type in town(cab or rent
car needed).

Jet skis, snorkeling, diving center on the property.
Private arranged dive boats can pick you up at the pier.
Golf Course: Jack Nicolaus designed course managed by Club Corp of
