Casa Martillo Condo vacation rentals are located on a quiet residential street about 10 blocks south
of the plaza and three blocks inland from the water. The upstairs of the two bedroom condos have
one bedroom with a Mexican queen bed and private bath, and one bedroom with two twin beds and
adjoining bath. Downstairs includes dining room, living room with sofa bed, and complete kitchen.

All condos have central air conditioning for cool, quiet comfortable living. Complete kitchens
include purified bottled water, full size refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, toaster, blender,
coffee maker, and all utensils. There is a large supermarket and shopping complex four blocks from
Casa Martillo.

The courtyard has a pool, unique fountain, great palapa (roofed outdoor living, dining area) with
two barbecues, one gas and one charcoal.
