community in Playa Del Carmen. Lush setting close to the infamous 5th Avenue in Playa Del Carmen and
Playa Del Carmen Beach. Condo is completed in 2006. This is the best ground floor direct pool view
in the community.

walled with beautifully manicured lawns. 30 minute drive from Cancun Airport. Car hire or taxi from
this airport can take you to your condo. Kitchen has refrigerator and there is a washer dryer.
Fully air-conditioned in all rooms with patio in the back overlooking gorgeous swimming pool.
Walmart is just a 5 minute walk, and 5th Avenue with its exclusive name brand stores, and
restaurants ranging from casual to formal dining, seafood, Mexican, English, etc. is less that 10
minutes walk. The beautiful Playa del Carmen beach is just a 7 minute walk from the condo also.

Itza),caves, horse riding and other beaches are all accessible by car and fairly closeby.
