Stunning Lakefront Condo in Emerald Pointe in Table Rock Lake

An ideal place for enjoying the beauty and tranquility of Table Rock
Lake. This gorgeous 1,350 sq. ft. condo is located in "The View" at
Emerald Pointe, a picturesque, gated resort in Hollister, MO.
The condo has a wonderful, main channel view of the lake, and it sits
lakefront, right by the shore of sparkling Table Rock Lake, yet it is
conveniently located (less than 10 miles) to downtown Branson and the
famous Branson strip. There, you'll find world-class entertainment
for the whole family.

This condo includes 2 bedrooms, each with king-size beds, 2 full
bathrooms
(master bath has a Jacuzzi tub) with granite
tile counters, a large kitchen with granite tile counters and all
stainless steel appliances including a side-by-side refrigerator,
electric range, microwave oven and dishwasher.
This is a first floor unit with a large patio featuring a swing, patio
set and a grassy yard in the rear.
The condo also has an over/under washer & dryer, central heat/air,
alarm clock-radio, two 40-inch TVs and one 27-inch TV with cable and three DVD players. The living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa.
All kitchen utilities, laundry detergent and linens are also included.
Also, on site at "The View" is a large swimming pool, located just 40
yards from the condo's front door.
All rooms are "no smoking", and sorry but no pets are permitted.
The condo does have 10Mbps High-Speed WiFi Internet access at NO additional cost, but
please bring your own PC or notebook, because a computer is NOT
provided in the condo.

Take advantage of the utility provided by the Emerald Pointe Marina,

which is located approximately 250 yards from the condo. The marina

offers courtesy boat slips, which can be used on a temporary basis to dock

your boat. The marina can also provide indoor-dry dock or outdoor

boat storage options at a price of $30 and $12 per day, respectively

for 2011.  The $30 dry dock service includes putting the boat in the water and taking it out of the water upon your request and storing it inside the marina overnight, a very convenient service for all boaters.

The marina also rents 20 and 23-foot Landau pontoon boats with 60 and 90 hp motors, which can hold up to 8 and 11 people, respectively.  Regarding ski boats, the marina offers a new 21-foot Bayliner ski boat that holds 9 people and has a perky V6 engine, a 21-foot Chaparral ski boat with a 350 V-8 engine that holds 10 people and a quaint 17-foot G3 that holds 3 people.  These boats are offerred at the following costs-

The State Park Marina, which is located w/in 10 minutes of the condo, offers Yamaha Wave Runners for rent (does not include the cost of fuel, and they need to be refueled every three hours of usage)-

During the day, go boating, fishing, water skiing, jet skiing,
parasailing or kayaking on the lake or golf at one of the 10
championship courses in the area, and then hit the Branson strip at
night where you can choose from over 100 different shows in 49
separate theaters.
In addition to the entertainment, Branson also offers a variety of
dining options with over 75 restaurants from which to choose,
including American, Chinese, Greek, Italian, Mexican, Thai cuisine and
others.
The shopping options are also plentiful, featuring the upscale Branson
Landing, several outlet malls and specialty shops galore.
Branson truly is a one-stop location for all your vacation needs.

$650/week from January 5th, 2013 to May 31st, 2013, two night min. stay.

$925/week from June 1st, 2013 to August 30th, 2013, five night min. stay.

$750/week from August 31, 2013 to January 3, 2014, two night min. stay

(a 6.1% sales tax is already included in the above prices)
A $75 one-time cleaning fee will be added to the total weekly charge.

A 50% deposit is required to reserve the condo.
The deposit is fully refundable (less the 3% credit card fee), if
cancelled at least 60 days prior to the start of the reserved week.

90% refundable with 45 days notice.

50% refundable with 30 days notice.

25% refundable with 14 days notice.
- The deposit is NOT refundable thereafter.

The $950 weekly rate is for 'Friday to Friday' rentals during the summer season.  Also during the summer season, five-day or six-day rentals can start on either Friday, Saturday or Sunday but must end by the following Thursday or Friday. 

Check-in time: Friday or Saturday at 6:00pm or later (earlier check-ins are possible, if the condo is vacant the prior day)
Check-out time: Friday at 12:00pm or earlier.

Once again, the minimum summer season stay is 5 nights.  The purpose of this schedule is to avoid interfering with the following week's rental.  5-night summer rentals cost a total of $800 + $75 cleaning fee = $875 (all taxes and fees already included).   6-night summer rentals cost a total of $875 + $75 cleaning fee = $950 (all taxes and fees already included).
