With breathtaking views over a conservation area, bordered by Lake Thomas, a nature reserve with many
mature trees, this lovely expensively furnished executive home, on a larger than average plot with
landscape gardens, is the perfect place for a truly memorable vacation.
The villa is fully furnished with TV's, DVD player, mini hi-fi, and includes a number of luxury
features such as deluxe carpets in all bedrooms, ceramic flooring throughout the other areas, sliding
patio door access to the covered lanai and pool area, top of the range appliances in the kitchen and
top-of-the-range automatic ceiling fans in all bedrooms and the main living areas.
Accommodation includes one master bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite, with access to the pool.
Second bedroom with queen-sized bed and en-suite, also leading out to the pool area. One further
bedroom with queen-size bed and a further twin bedroom sharing an adjacent bathroom. The 'den'
converts to a fifth bedroom with a very comfortable sofa bed. All bedrooms have TVs/Video or DVD
players, automatic ceiling fans, clock radios, top quality linens, comforters and furnishings.
There is a fully equipped Games Room with a Pool Table, Foosball Table and an Electronic Dartboard,
so you and the children will never be bored for things to do! There¹s also a range of board games,
books and videos in the den, which is often used as a 5th bedroom. The property also includes high-
speed Internet access with unlimited, free access.
A massive 20-foot square kitchen area includes a very large breakfast bar with numerous appliances,
such as dishwasher, large ceramic hobs and electric oven, very large refrigerator/freezer with water
and icemaker, microwave, waste disposal and power hood, plus a lovely central work-surface to prepare
those special meals. There is a utility room with access from the kitchen, with a large size washing
machine and separate tumble dryer.
The Pool is secluded, and not overlooked by adjacent properties, which is a feature that is very rare
to find in Florida and not available in 95% of the villas in the central Florida area. The pool is
fully screened with a covered lanai, security fence for the children, which can be easily taken down
if required, underwater pool lighting, patio furniture and sun loungers. We also use solar sun rings
to retain heat and water in the pool and these are perfectly safe and very easy to use.
Our vacation rental villa is fully licensed by the State of Florida. It is maintained by a
professional management company, providing a 24 hour 7 day per week service for our guests.

Very quiet, but only five minutes from Interstate four providing easy access to everything that
Central Florida has to offer and only 15 minutes from Disney World. Close enough to all the major
attractions, but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet when you want to relax and get away from
the crowds. Only eight minutes drive to route 192 packed with bars, restaurants and shopping. Try a
visit to 'Celebration,' stepping back in time to the 1900s for afternoon tea and relaxing walks. Our
villa provides an ideal base for your holiday in the theme park capital of America. Nearby there are
two new beautiful golfing resorts. Champions Gate with the Omni Center and Hotel, and a PGA
Championship Golf Course, designed by Greg Norman, while Reunion features 3 golf courses designed by
Arnold Palmer, Jack Nicklaus & Tom Watson, plus Horse Riding Stables. The area also benefits from
having a 24-hour supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and numerous other shops for all those day-to-day
needs, all just 5 minutes away.
