Unbelievable 30th floor condo featuring 2 Very Large Bedrooms (each with water and city views) and Two Full Baths, as well as a pullout sleeper. Our balcony view displays the lovely downtown Miami Biscayne Bay/Park (Waterfront and Mall). Unit has large 50inch plasma TV in living room and televisions in each bedroom. This unit has now been rented to over sixty satisfied customers and the one Ringing Endorsement that we get everytime is "WHAT A VIEW"
From our condo you can visit two "Triple A" restaurants right in the lobby. One restaurant has been featured in many magazines and has a outside eating deck overlooking Biscayne Bay (WINE AND DINE DATE AND RELAX / THEN JUST WALK BACK UPSTAIRS TO YOUR ROOM).
Our building is right next door to the Intercontinental Hotel a Miami Landmark. Use this building to catch a taxi to the any beach five minutes away including Southbeach.
You can walk from our building to the highly popular Biscayne Park and Mall.
