Cornerstone gulf front condo on Ft. Myers Beach in Fort Myers Beach

Beautiful, romantic Cornerstone Beach Condo is now available!  We have everything
you could possibility want for a relaxing and enjoyable trip. The building only has 8 one bedroom
and 4 two bedroom condo's so the pool and beach area is never over crowded. The heated pool is
just steps from the beach. The screened lanai is a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee and
watch the dolphin swim by or have cocktails at night and watch the sunset. We also have a patio
table on the lanai so you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner. There isn't a more romantic spot
for dinner on the entire island! We love grilling steaks on the gas BBQ (or picking up carry-out)
and having dinner there ourselves. If you must bring your laptop use our wireless Internet
connection and turn the lanai into your office with a view! We also have a washer/dryer right in
the unit so you don't have to pack that extra suitcase! Cornerstone is located in the quiet mid-
island area about 3 miles south of Times Square and 1/2 mile south of Publix grocery store.

We try to provide everything you will need for an enjoyable vacation. Fully stocked kitchen with
microwave, stove/oven, refrigerator/ice maker, blender, toaster, and coffee pot. The bath is set up
with soaps, lotions, shampoo/conditioner, towels, and hair dryer. The master bedroom has a new (as of June 1st) king
size bed and there are twin beds in the guest room. We also have a queen size sofa sleeper in the
living room. The washer/dryer is right in the unit and we also have a private personal safe for your
use. The living room has a 26 inch TV w/DVD player and a small TV in each bedroom. Free parking too!

We have miles of beach both north and south to walk and shell. Mid Island Sports is located just
down the beach for wave runner rentals. Great restaurants, movie theater, boat rental within 2
miles. Lovers Key State Park with kayak rentals and great shelling is about 4 miles south. Publix
grocery 1/2 mile north of Cornerstone. Park you car and take the Beach trolley which stops right in
front of Cornerstone to Times Square or Santani Plaza and beyond.

Two day minimun if available.  Please ask us about our daily rate. 11% Florida tax added to all rentals.  No reservation fee, no cleaning fee, no junk fees!
Our rentals do not require a full week or Saturday to Saturday stay.

I have a management company located 1/2 mile north of Cornerstone that handles credit card payments
for me. Two day deposit at time of reservation.
