This condo lists for $1,000 month from May 1-December 31; In-season rates are $1,700 month from January 1- April 30. In addition to rent, there will be a $200 security deposit based on length of stay; Cleaning Fee of $100.00; Florida sales tax 12 percent. These rates include local phone, cable, water and electric.
