Nestled on fifty-two acres in the forest-covered hills of Alto, New
Mexico, our 2 bedroom condo is located near the Village of Ruidoso
resort area. Look no further for your escape to the mountains!

Reflecting the rustic surroundings, our condo's architecture is
simple but includes individual features for convenient and enjoyable
living. We have a custom-designed fireplace as well as a private
deck to permit enjoyment of the beautiful countryside.We have a
fully-equipped kitchen with other amenities you might expect from a
premier resort condo.

Our condo features a fully equiped kitchen. Washer and dryer. Sheets
and towels. 2 TVs , cable and DVD.

The grounds include a swimming pool. A club house with pool and ping
pong tables .Mini golf and tennis courts.

Alto Alps is located in Lincoln County, New Mexico…an area rich with
the history and lore of America's westward expansion. The moderate
climate lends itself to fascinating day-trips to visit such diverse
nearby attractions as White Sands National Monument and Park, Smokey
Bear's Museum and burial site, haunts of Billy the Kid and his
cohorts, Alamogordo's Space Museum and pistachio farms, and
Roswell... the site of an alleged alien landing. Reflecting
influences from the Old West, thoroughbred and quarter horse racing
takes place at the world-famous Ruidoso Downs Racetrack and Casino
from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
In the winter it is an ideal place to ski.
