Island Manor in US Virgin Islands

Island Manor is a four bedroom, four and a half bath villa with a pool and gazebo set amongst
tropical plants and fruit trees. Upscale furnishings, yet a casual relaxed atmosphere, make Island
Manor a great spot for honeymooners and families. The bedrooms are all on different floors of the
home which allows for maximum privacy. Island Manor overlooks the wild life refuge of Chocolate Hole
pond and scenic Hart Bay-where you can watch the sea gulls in flight and the ocean waves crashing on
the shoreline. It is conveniently located just a few minutes drive from the Cruz Bay ferry dock and
is easily accessed from the driveway.

Off-season: (Now-11/20/09; 11/28-12/18/09; 4/10-11/19/10; 11/27-12/17/10) $2600/1-4 guests; $125 per week for each additional guest

In-season: (1/2-2/12/10; 2/21-4/9/10) $3800/1-4; $150 per week for each additional guest

Thanksgiving Week: (11/21-11/27/09; 11/20-11/26/10) $3640/1-8 guests plus $150 per person/week for each additional guest.

Christmas/New Years: (12/19/09-1/1/10; 12/18-1/8/11) $7300/1-8 guests; $200 per week for each additional guest
