vacation rental description
Complex and units have been completely remodeled as of March, 2005. Centrally located in the town of Kapa'a, you are 30 miles from both the north and south shore. The enchanting Wailua River and Fern Grotto are less than two miles away where you can boat, hike and/or kayak. You are also less than 200 yards from the Coconut Marketplace, which has over 60 specialty shops, and restaurants.
Note: Unit rents for approximately $195.00-$255.00 per night when booked through the onsite property management (through the resort itself).
studio rental amenities
Unit comes equipped with all necessary linens, kitchenette with small refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, and granite countertops. Other amenities include: Travertine stone flooring throughout, a 27-inch flat screen TV with cable (32-inch HD TV in unit 160), DVD Player, Sony stereo system (with iPod dock, not in #323), air conditioning, electronic safe, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, island-style furnishings and photos of actual Kauai surroundings. Telephone and FREE wireless Internet access are also available in the lobby (with your own laptop – internet access is also available via complex computers but a fee will be charged if you use their computers). Soak up the sun in the ocean-side pool, or relax in the Jacuzzi with a Mai Tai from the poolside Tiki hut bar. There are also BBQ grills by the pool and laundry facilities onsite for your convenience.

We sometimes run last minute deals so email us for availability. Please note, we never raise our rates during peak times of year. So, whether you're traveling in the middle of summer, winter, or fall, our rates remain constant. That's why we have so many return renters!!
