$ 2,250 weekly to $4,500 weekly 

$ 4,750-8950 monthly depending on term

PLease inquire with owner, as owner is  flexible in price, based on date and specific requirements.

50% down due at initial booking, remaining 50% due 60 days prior to arrival. There is a $200, cleaning fee per stay.
