Vacation Rental Description

Paradise found.  This is simply one of the most fantastic homes in 
all of Playa Del Carmen.  Located in the gated and secure Playacar 
neighborhood(beachside), this house sits just three short blocks 
from downtown Playa Del Carmen and only 130 yards from Playas famous 
white sand beaches.   Our spacious spanish colonial style estate 
home has approximately 3200 square feet of air conditioned comfort, 
1000 square feet of breeze and fan cooled covered loggias and 1000 
square feet of sunny balcony and rooftop decks with fantastic ocean 
views and breezes for your enjoyment. It is beautifully decorated 
with all new (2006)luxury mattresses, linens (400 thread count 
egyptian cotten sheets),and furniture.

In the front of the house, a stunning waterfall overlooks your 
private pool and Jacuzzi, which in turn overlook cut stone stairs 
that lead down to a private underground cenote (natural spring) 
filled with koi and a candle filled meditation cave.  The enormous 
covered main floor veranda contains a restaurant style bar with 
refrigerators and eight barstools where you can mix and serve your 
own drinks, large BBQ grill, oversized hammock, full size ping pong 
table, fire pit with seating, and outdoor dining furniture. A large 
gated grass yard provides kids with room to run and play. The well 
manicured grounds are filled with mature tropical vegetation.  There 
is a large veranda off of one of the master suites, and there is 
also a large rooftop deck.  The rooftop deck has fantastic ocean and 
pool views and breezes. Four adult bikes and four boogie boards to 
use during your stay.  Extensive video library, childrens toys and 
board games.  

This house sits 50 yards from the Lol-Ha community tennis courts and 
pool, which our guests may use without charge, and is five houses 
away from the beachfront Reef Club Playacar Resort, whose pools and 
beach chairs our guests may also use without charge.
 
The home contains two separate huge second story master suites, each 
with a king bed and queen fold out couch, walk in closet, and full 
bathroom ensuite. The third and fourth bedrooms are on the main 
floor and each has a king size bed.  These two bedrooms share a full 
bathroom.  There is also a half bath.  Two twin mattresses are 
available for floor placement, and there is a portable crib as well. 
The fully equipped true gourmet kitchen with all stainless 
appliances, six burner gas range and slab marble/stainless counters 
is a cooks delight.  The spacious great room has 11 foot ceilings 
and a dining area for ten.  There is a full size washer and dryer. 
Twice weekly maid service and purified bottled water and purified 
ice is provided and included.

Why crowd your family into a tiny hotel room or condominium when you 
can stay at a spacious private luxury retreat with ocean views just 
steps to the beach and a ten minute walk to town, and STILL enjoy 
all the basic amenities of a fine beachfront resort hotel (just a 
two minute walk)whenever you wish?  This home is amazing.  Stay here 
and you will never want to leave.
