Paradise found. This is simply one of the most fantastic homes in all of Playa Del Carmen. Located in the gated and secure Playacar neighborhood(beachside), this house sits just six blocks from downtown Playa Del Carmen and only 150 yards from Playas famous white sand beaches. Our spacious spanish colonial style estate home has approximately 3300 square feet of air conditioned comfort, 1000 square feet of breeze and fan cooled covered loggias and 1000 square feet of sunny balcony and rooftop decks with fantastic ocean views and breezes for your enjoyment. It is beautifully decorated with luxury mattresses, 500 thread count egyptian cotton sheets, microplush blankets, lightweight down alternative duvets, and new furniture.

In the front of the house, a stunning waterfall overlooks the private pool and jacuzzi, which in turn overlook cut stone stairs that lead down to a private underground cenote (natural spring) filled with koi and turtles. The enormous covered main floor veranda contains a restaurant style bar where you can mix and serve your  own drinks, charcoal BBQ grill, oversized hammock, full size ping pong table and outdoor dining furniture. A gated grass yard provides kids with room to run and play. The well manicured grounds are filled with mature tropical vegetation. There is a large veranda off of one of the master suites, as well as a large rooftop deck with seating, ocean views and breezes. Four adult bikes are available to use during your stay. Extensive video library, childrens toys and board games.

This house sits 50 yards from the Lol-Ha community tennis courts and large lagoon style pool, which our guests may use without charge, and is five houses away from the beachfront Reef Club Playacar Resort, whose pools and beach chairs our guests may also use without charge (Playacar Resort use is limited to 4 adults and 4 kids at a time).  The house is also located just two blocks from the Playacar spa and golf course and five blocks from an aviary.

The home contains two separate huge second story master suites, each with a king bed and queen fold out couch, walk in closet, and full bathroom ensuite. The third and fourth bedrooms are on the main floor and each has a king size bed. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom. There is also a half bath. Two twin mattresses are
available for placement anywhere in the house, and there is a portable crib as well.

The fully equipped gourmet kitchen has all stainless appliances, six burner gas range and slab granite counters. We can point you to lovely full service grocery stores, and can direct you to a "chef" service if you prefer not to cook for yourself. The spacious great room has 11 foot ceilings and a dining area for ten. There is a full size washer and dryer in a separate laundry room. Twice weekly maid service and purified bottled water and purified ice is provided and included.

Why crowd your family into a tiny hotel room or condominium when you can stay at a spacious private luxury retreat with ocean views just steps to the beach and a ten minute walk to town, and STILL enjoy all the basic amenities of a fine beachfront resort hotel (just a two minute walk away) whenever you wish?
