We invite you to stay at Our Lucky 7 Home, which is one block from a
heated pool (Big Choctaw) and within walking distance to a beach.
Sleeps up to 8 comfortably; occupancy limit is 10. Located in
Arrowhead Lake, a private lake resort community, its' amenities seem
endless. Just a walk to the pool, tennis courts, basketball courts,
playground and lake. Our home offers:

* Wired Internet Service

* Ceiling fans in Living room and all 3 bedrooms

* Kitchen with eat-at counter, full operating kitchen with
miscellaneous small appliances (microwave, toaster, coffee maker,
dishwasher, can opener)

* Living room with stone woodburning fireplace (and wood) and
large flat-screen with digital cable TV, DVD player and stereo with
CD player

* Dining room with sliding glass doors leading to rear full deck with custom made cushions for bench seating

* 1st floor master bedroom with full size bed and flat-screen

and, emergency calls. DO NOT CALL DIRECTORY ASSISTANCE (411), WHICH
IS A TOLL CALL AND WILL RESULT IN A REDUCTION IN YOUR SECURITY
DEPOSIT.

Please note the following:

Must be at least 25 years old to rent.
Due to homeowner's allergies pets and smoking are not permitted.
Weeks run from Saturday to Saturday

Weekends run from Friday to Sunday

Midweek runs from Monday to Thursday

shopping malls in either direction, Camelback Ski Slopes and Water
Park, Pocono International Raceway (NASCAR). Other Attractions: Too

Skiing/Tubing: Suggestion: book your lift tickets online. It is
quicker and less expensive that way.

Additional Fees

Security Deposit - $200 for week and weekends, and $400 for longer
rentals (refundable once the house is found to be in good condition).

Pool / Beach passes (Amenity badges) required (seasonal, Memorial Day
weekend thru Labor Day weekend) - $7.50 per person per day or $25.00
for the week per person (over the age of 6) (more for longer periods,
please inquire).

Security gate card is $25.00 per vehicle.
