Five night minimum stay. $120 cleaning fee. $400 refundable damage deposit. Two night deposit required to hold reservation (refundable up to 60 days prior to scheduled arrival). Full payment due 60 days prior to arrival. (Note: 12.42% Hawaiian Accomodation Tax is required to be added to all rentals).

* 9 night minimum for any reservation overlapping Christmas Day or New Years Eve. 14 night minimum if reservation overlaps both.
