This property is being rented below market rates as the complex is not yet fully completed.
- The golf course is open but has no amenities.
The rates are $1000 per week off-peak and $1600 per week peak (US). Discounted monthly rates are available.
Maid service provided at end of stay, but more frequent service available at
additional charge. $250 non-refundable deposit required to hold your dates along with a $500
refundable damage deposit. Responsible adults/families. Non-smoking unit.  Six day minimum stay
