The ranch style home with wrap around deck is located on a beautiful dead-end street minutes from downtown Bath and Wiscasset.  Two and a half acres with 350 feet of tidal bay frontage on Montsweag Bay.
Large deck partially screened. Spacious, comfortable accommodations, tastefully furnished. Bring your kayak or canoe. Views exceptional. Well behaved pets allowed. Sorry no smoking permitted. You can rent the main part of the house without the apartment if you have a smaller party. The apartment will not be rented if the main part of the house is occupied by a smaller group.

The main part of the home is fully furnished, has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers, sleeps 6, a large eat-in kitchen
with windows overlooking the bay, linens, towels, cooking utensils, dishes, microwave, washer, dryer,gas grill, and deck furniture.

There is an attached 2 bedroom apartment with separate entrance, eat in kitchen and 1 full bath. 

Conveniently located about 2 hours north of Boston, 45 minutes from Portland, 20 minutes from
Freeport (famous for LL Bean and numerous factory store outlets), 10 minutes from Wiscasset and Bath.
Reid State Park and Popham Beach are only 30 minutes away. Local swimming, boating, fishing, walking.
Kayaking and canoeing from property on Monsweag Bay which connects to the Atlantic ocean. Nearby Bath
has excellent restaurants, shops, library, performing arts center, weekly outdoor concerts, farmers
market twice a week, boat excursions, kayak and boat rentals, Maine Maritime Museum, walking tours of
beautiful homes rich in history of the shipbuilding town, 18 hole golf course and tennis courts in
Bath. You can charter a sailboat from nearby Sebasco Resort or visit their magnificent golf course.
30 minutes from Boothbay Harbor where visitors can enjoy seal and whale watching boat tours. The town
of Brunswick is the home of Maine Music theatre which casts a lot of Broadway talent. Camden is 40
minutes away. Beautiful getaway during the fall season and winter holidays. Snowmobiling, ice
fishing, ice skating and skiing.

2010 weekly Rates

May - June 26th is $1,400 per week for the main part of the house (3 bedroom 2 bath washer and dryer) without the apartment.

June 27th - August 28th is $1475 per week for the main part of the house (3 bedroom 2 bath washer and dryer) without the apartment. 

The  main part of the house with the apartment (2 bedroom 1 bath washer and dryer) is an additional $450.

The apartment will remain vacant if the main part of the house is rented

Please add 7% Maine State Lodging tax to the above rates.

Security deposit $300.00 without pets(refundable).
Security deposit $400.00 with pets (refundable).
