Villa Alegre offers peaceful, tropical relaxation at its best! Our 2 story waterfront Villa
features 4 deluxe bedrooms and can accommodate up to 16 people. We are located in the village of
Cuastecomate on a small secluded bay featuring a 300-yard long beach with gentle waves. If you're
looking for a quiet beachside atmosphere without large hotels and hectic activity of the larger
Mexican beach resorts, Villa Alegre is for you. Our focus is our guests' comfort and we pride
ourselves on delivering quality service for a trip you will treasure for a lifetime.
Costa Alegre, the "happy coast," stretches south from Puerta Vallarta approximately 150 miles to
Manzanillo, Mexico. This area of coastline is known for its fabulous fishing, extraordinary golf
courses, and authentic Mexican culture. There are many beautiful and secluded beaches that are
unspoiled and as yet undiscovered by most. Nestled into this sparkling jewel-like coastline lies
the peaceful Mexican village of Cuastecomate and your home away from home, Villa Alegre.

Our brand new hacienda style villa offers a peaceful and tranquil environment with the Pacific Ocean
as our front yard. We provide our guests with the same comfort and amenities found in a small luxury
hotel.

The villa is located on the pacific coast of Mexico in the tropical area known as Costa Alegre. Each
room has 2 full beds and 2 bathrooms and a unique garden shower in each room. The crystal doors of
each room open to a spectacular pool and bay view. We also have a wet bar and ocean view sunset
lounge, tropical gardens, beach side Pool/Jacuzzi and swim up palapa bar.

The villa is fully gated for security and we have satellite TV and Wifi Internet.
Each bedroom has A/C.

This area of coastline is known for its fabulous fishing, extraordinary golf courses, and authentic
Mexican culture and offers something for everyone, including snorkeling, scuba diving, surfing,
kayaking, jungle tours, bird watching, and shopping, all within an authentic Mexican setting
containing countless sites of natural beauty. The neighboring towns of San Patricio Melaque and
Barra de Navidad are delightful to explore. They are typical of coastal towns with their markets,
largely unpaved streets, small stores and thatched beachfront seafood restaurants. The "jardin,"
with its charming, provincial ambience, is a popular evening gathering spot for locals and tourists
alike. The locals are friendly, the climate is superb (80 degrees average), and the dress is casual.

Eighty dollars a night per room.  We have four rooms available.  High season* is 100 dollars a night per room.

To rent the entire villa it is $2000 a week or $2500 for the high season*
