You are also allowed an early arrival time of 1:30pm.  We offer simple pricing.  The ONLY additional fee is the 13.75% taxes.  The cleaning fee is paid by us also, and there is no admin fee or processing fee.

living area which includes a
comfortable leather sectional and a 32 inch TV.

The master bedroom features a walk-in closet and whirlpool tub.
Additional highlights include cable
TV�s in every bedroom, DVD and VCRs throughout, free high speed
wireless internet service (Wi-Fi),
and two large covered outdoor decks.

Each bedroom has its own full bath. The four bedrooms are furnished
with two king beds and four
double beds. A pull-out double sleeper in the living room is
available if additional sleeping
accomodations are needed.

Take a short walk to one of North Carolina�s most beautiful beaches
or to the Islander Resort Beach
Club with access to an oceanfront pool, hot tub, Tiki Bar, and the
Isles Restaurant, featuring menu
selections from hamburgers to a four star gourmet meal.

If you choose, you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets on the spacious
deck while sipping your favorite
beverage and relaxing in one of the comfortable rocking chairs or
dining al fresco under the stars.

After spending a day at the beach or playing a round of golf at one
of the area's world class
courses, relax on our 2nd floor deck overlooking the lagoon and
Intercoastal Waterway with your
favorite cocktail. The Villa has 4 full bathrooms, each with its own
bath or shower for privacy. We
have provided our guests with a fully stocked kitchen with all the
amenities of home. This is
especially important for those guests who choose to enjoy their own
home cooked meals while on
vacation. A full size washer/dryer and iron/board is available for
your convenience.

Our guests enjoy full membership priveleges at the private Islander
Resort Beach Club located a few
minutes away from the villa.

Parking for up to 4 cars with 1-2 vehicles covered. Elevators to
villa and outdoor shower.
