The Condo: Across from the famous Tamarindo Beach, other beaches are near by (Grande, Langosta, Flamingo). An easy walk to many tour companies, restaurants, stores, and other areas of interest.
This is the hub for tourists in the area. 2 private bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a view overlooking the pool, with a slight ocean view, and access to the spacious private balcony. There is also a master en suite. 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. Direct access to 2nd bathroom.  2 bathrooms with a toilet, sink and shower. The shower in the master bathroom is large and could easily be used for bathing your young children. Full kitchen - fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. Pots, dishes, utensils, glasses, etc. Family room - 43 inch Plasma TV with English/Spanish Cable TV.
Why Tamarindo?: Central to so many things (Tours, Restaurants, Groceries, Beaches). This is the town in the Pacific North West of Costa Rica for being able to find and plan activities. Other coastal towns in the area don't have nearly as much to offer in the way of activities, restaurants, etc. Tamarindo is one of the top tourist destinations in the country. It is large enough, but close enough to the national parks system, to keep families, surfers, nightlife seekers, adventure travelers, all happy.

Other suites available at different pricing depending on # of bedrooms and type of view. This can allow for larger family/friend/business gatherings. Please ask for details.
Visa, MasterCard Accepted.  All bookings take place only with a Visa, MasterCard or you can wire the funds directly to our
onsite property manager.
Last Minute Details/Value Season
In last minute situations, and during the value season we may rent 2 nights (3 nights is the normal minimum) for a $50.00 surcharge. We also give last minute discounts based on number of nights and time of year (between 10 to 25% depending how close to your travel).
Christmas/New Years
A 5 night minimum is required to book over Christmas or New Years.
Reservations

To reserve these vacation rental condos we require a deposit of 25% of the total for the rental period. Final payments for most bookings are due 30 days prior to arrival. Bookings for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and March Break require full payment 45 days prior to arrival date!
A security deposit of $500 will be held by our onsite property manager. This can be held against a credit card or held in cash. The credit card hold, or cash, will be returned on check out with the property manager verifying that the condo and furniture have not been damaged.
