Our property is located in the most desirable section of Ocean City, New Jersey. The Travel Channel voted Ocean City NJ the #1 Family Vacation Resort destination.

There are four bedrooms, two baths and a large great room in this beautifully furnished first floor condo. It has a spacious front porch with furniture for both dining and lounging. There are 3 TVs, two with VCR and one with DVD. We have central air and ceiling fans in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped. We have wireless internet for our tenants. There is an enclosed outside shower. The single car garage has an automatic door opener and an additional parking space behind the garage.

If you're looking for a great, quiet location to enjoy time with your family, this is the place.  You will be able to park your car and easily walk to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants and shopping.

This is a non-smoking house. No pets are permitted. Check-In is 2PM and Check-Out is 10AM.  Renter must be at least 21 years of age and an adult must be present each night of the rental period.

- Fully equipped kitchen: electric stove/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, dishes, silverware, coffee pot, toaster, microwave, blender, pots/pans, and garbage disposal.
- Vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.
- Gas fireplace in great room.
- Linens and towels are not supplied.

Our home is within easy walking distance to the boardwalk, beach and shopping. You can enjoy a slice of Mack and Manco's pizza or an ice cream cone at Kohr Brothers. Located off of 10th street, you are a five minute walk to one of the largest amusement parks on the boardwalk, Playland. The boardwalk has great shops, food, rides and miniature golf for the whole family. Enjoy a morning stroll along the boardwalk or take a bike ride or a casual surrey ride.

The area offers world class gaming eight miles away in Atlantic City or take a short ride to Historic Cape May. There are boat and jet ski rentals. Some of the best restaurants in the South Jersey area are located just minutes away.
