This great vacation property is located in the lovely Canoa Estates,
which is snuggled next to the Canoa Hills Golf Course and a very short
walk to our beautiful Community Recreation Center, one of 10 such
centers around Green Valley which will be available to you as a guest
of our home. ( A nominal fee is charged for renters). A gated arched
entryway welcomes you to your chosen vacation retreat. A lovely yard
lush with shade trees and breathtaking views of the awesome Santa Rita
Mountain Range awaits you. You will find comfort in the 1,775 Sq Ft
living space. Via De La Gloria offers two beautiful bedrooms. The
Master is decorated with beautiful art work, warm earth tones and
Brass accents. Sliding glass doors are your view to the mountains
from the comfort of your King Sized Brass Bed. Large walk in closet
and private bathroom and several skylights and ceiling fan add to the
charm of this room. The guest bedroom is an oasis in itself,
furnished with a gorgeous Queen Sized Mahogany French Quarter Bed and
beautifully appointed with lovely bedding and great art work, your
guests will not be disappointed.

The kitchen was completely remodeled in January 2010, and is fully equipped, should you decide to dine in. You supply the food, everything else is there and waiting for you. The family room/den is decorated with comfy furniture, equipped with a 42" flat screen HDTV, VCR, DVD Players, Dish-Network TV reception -150+ channels, Local Wi-Fi available. a in house laptop computer is there for your use. Master Bedroom has a 32" flat screen TV.  All of these services plus all utilities are included in your rental fee.

As you relax into your vacation stay, enjoy your evening cocktails and
conversation with family and friends in the living room around the
quaint Southwestern Bee Hive Fireplace (gas), or outdoors on the very
private patio in your yard with lots of trees and unique desert
vegetation. Looking out towards the mountains, you will be sure to
catch a lovely Arizona sunset, as well as breathtaking Arizona sunrise
over your morning cup of coffee.

Outdoor amenities include private wrap around patio with beautiful
yard, mature plantings and great mountain and golf course views.
New BBQ grill, patio furniture and fountain. Patio furniture in the back and a pic-nic table in the side yard by the Bar-B-Que.

Indoor amenities include  Dish Network TV-150+
channels including local channels, DVD and VCR Players, Stereo system
with remote with great music collection. 32" flat screen TV and 42" flat screen TV, washer/dryer, iron and ironing board. Local Wi-Fi with an inhouse laptop computer for you to use. Linens, towels, hair dryers.  The kitchen was completely remodeled in January 2010 and is complete with dishes and everything that you will need to entertain.  All Appliances are brand new -Dishwasher, microwave, disposal, icemaker etc. We are members of the
Green Valley Recreation Association, which gives you access to all 10
recreation centers (a nominal fee is assessed for renters). The
nearest center is a short walk from the house, only one block away!!! These centers are state of the art and at your disposal. They offer beautiful swimming
pools with lap lanes, hot tubs, fitness rooms, tennis, poker, bridge, pool (billiards), pottery and lapidary. Various exercise classes are
available. You will not want for something to do.

Activities and attractions include: 10 local golf courses, there is
also many area golf courses to be played. 10 Green Valley Recreation
centers, as (mentioned in amenities section). Hiking and bird
watching in Ramsey and Madera canyons. Tons of local and area
shopping. Numerous scheduled cultural events, music and theater.
Performing arts events. Smithsonian operated Fred Lawrence Whipple
Observatory at Mount Hopkins. Tubac is a diverse artist community, 15
minutes south of Green Valley. Tucson is 30 minutes north on I-19N.
Visit Old Tucson, U of A, Arizona Sonora Desert Museum, Reid Park Zoo,
Titan Missile Museum. Nogales Mexico is south of green Valley on the
interstate and a wonderful place to spend a day. There are so many
things to do, they are way too numerous to mention.
