This unique condo is in heart of it all… a quick 150-yard walk to the Peak 9 and 10 ski area with the Quicksilver high-speed lift and only a block from Main Street shops and restaurants.  Peak 9 and 10 cater to all levels of skiers and the base area has the ski / boarding school, ski rentals, childcare and the medical clinic.  The town shuttle bus stops down the block to take you to Peak 7 and 8 or the depot with connections to Copper Mountain, Keystone and A-Basin.  With the condo being so close, it's convenient to come back for lunch and a rest.  

The condo feels like home, having windows on three of four sides.  The sunny great room is bright and open and features vaulted ceilings, a game table, custom woodwork, and a gas fireplace.  Relax on the sectional and recliners in front of the 40” flat screen TV with surround sound and DVD player.  The well-equipped kitchen has an eating bar to seat 3 and opens to the dining area with seating for 6.  The sliding glass door opens to the balcony with chairs and a gas grill to enjoy the Colorado outdoors. This unit is unique because it has no common walls with neighbors, so you will not have to worry about noisy neighbors who are late night partiers or earlier risers.

The condo has two bedrooms and two baths, plus a loft bedroom.  The master bedroom has a queen bed, private balcony, 21” TV and a full bath. Upstairs are a second bedroom with two twin beds and the second full bath; outside the second bedroom is the loft bedroom with two twin beds.  Including the fold out sofa bed, the condo will sleep 8 comfortably.  

After a day on the mountain, you’ll enjoy the heated swimming pool and hot tubs just outside the condo.  Other conveniences include Wi-Fi, free washer/dryer, ski locker and a private covered parking space. The entry / mudroom is equipped with heated boot racks… ahhh… dry, warm boots in the morning.

A World Class Winter Playground:

The Peak 9 base village is a short 150-yard walk from your condo.  In the village, you'll find the QuickSilver high-speed lift, ski schools, rental shops and childcare.  From the top of the Quicksilver lift, you can ride beginner trails or ski right down to high-speed lifts that will bring you to the tops of Peaks 8, 9 and 10 and access to all levels of terrain.  Also in the village are shops and restaurants.  Ice skating and backcountry / cross-country skiing are nearby as well.

At the end of the block, you can board the FreeRide bus to take you around Breck or connect to the Summit County shuttle to the other great Summit County Ski Resorts: Copper Mountain, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, and Frisco.  Breckenridge is centrally located from the other Vail Resorts' mountains: only 20–25 min. from Keystone and A-Basin; 45 min. from Vail, and 1 hr. from Beaver Creek.

Summer Fun Out Your Back Door:

To the front of the condo is the Blue River with great hiking, fishing and mountain biking.  The paved Blue River pathway leads through town to Frisco, and mountain biking is plentiful.  Across the street are the Columbine Trail and Burro Trail, ideal for hiking, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing.  Are you motivated to climb one of several nearby 14,000 foot peaks? Quandry Peak is just a few miles away.  Golf at Summit County's best course, Breck's 18 hole golf course. Or enjoy Breck’s Indoor Recreation Center with a large children’s pool and water slide, tennis, racquetball, basketball, weight training, aerobics classes and more.
