Great family neighborhood and yard is completely enclosed for secure environment. Encinitas is a less crowded beach community far less noisy and congested than central San Diego beaches. Beautiful sandy beaches great for boogie boarding, swimming, surfing. Everything you need for a fabulous beach vacation. Summer 2009 rates are 20% lower this year and are as follows...
Prime Summer is July 1 to mid August and runs $3200 per week. All other summer weeks are $2800.
TOT taxes are 10% and cleaning fee on this unit is $180.
$500 deposit plus $400 of rent due within 7 days of your booking. NO receptions or parties for
special events are allowed at this rental please.
