This home is located in a quiet neighborhood of NE Pasadena,
California. The home on Brigden Road is easily accessible to downtown
Los Angeles, the world famous Huntington Gardens, Cal Tech, Old Town Pasadena, numerous art galleries, Santa Anita Race Track and just one hour from Disney Land. Easy access to Los Angeles, Ontario, Burbank, and John Wayne airports.  A short drive to major medical facilities such as County Medical USC/Norris Cancer Center, Huntington Hospital, and City of Hope.  Six night minimum stay applies.  During holiday periods, a longer stay will be required.  For details, contact the owner.

Brigden Road has been recently renovated by its owner, a California
based architect and lighting designer. There is a fenced, private
back yard complete with gas bar-b-que and outdoor furniture
for relaxing and dining. The master bedroom has a king sized (sleep
number) bed with a private bathroom and home office. The second
bedroom is outfitted with a queen sized bed. This room opens onto
the private back yard. The newly remodeled kitchen opens onto a
dining area (table can accommodate 8) and living room. The home is
open and spacious with vaulted ceilings and a gas buring fireplace in
the living room. The cook will feel a part of any gathering because
the kitchen is open to the living room. There is wireless high speed
broadband internet, cable TV and a full sized laundry for guest
use. A room adjacent to the master bedroom (presently a home office)
can easily accommodate a portable crib for an infant
(kids under 2 yrs stay free). Through out the winter, the cooks will
appreciate the herb garden and fresh greens for guest enjoyment from
the back yard.  An additional charge may apply additional guests over the first 2.  A gift basket upon arrival, approximately an $80 value.

Pasadena is known for its Annual Rose Bowl Parade and game. There are 
beautiful tree lined streets, many character homes one of which is
the famed Green & Green Gamble House on Orange Grove Boulevard.
There are a great number of places of worship housed in stunning
architecture. Old Pasadena has many great restaurants, live music,
and theatre. Pasdena is home to the world famous JPL (Jet
Propulsion Laboratories), The Los Angeles Arboretum, Mount Wilson
Observatory, and Cal Tech. The community is bordered on the north by
the beautiful San Gabriel Mountains and the Angeles
National Forest. Hikers and mountain bikers flock to take advantage
of the mild temperatures in winter and beautiful, clear skies. There
are shops and super market within an easy walk from Brigden Road &
public transportation with good access to the Gold Line
Light Rail.  Bike to Cal Tech or Huntington Gardens. 

The rates are based on one week stay for a party of two, weekly rate
of $1400 includes weekly maid service. A security deposit is
required. A pet deposit may apply with a maximum of
two pets (sorry no cats, please). Owner reserves the right to rent
to individuals 25 years or more.  One week is 6 nights.  During the Christmas Holiday, ask for your free, additional night's stay.
