The Cottages at Yonahlossee Resort & Club in Blowing Rock

Located on in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains just minutes from
the Village of Blowing Rock, lies Yonahlossee Resort and Club.
Yonahlossee, a gated community located on 300 pristine acres adjoining
Moses Cone Memorial Park, is known for its natural undisturbed
setting, beautiful homes, and world-class tennis amenities.

While vacationing at the resort, one can enjoy the indoor and outdoor tennis
courts, 25-yard indoor pool, two fitness centers, cedar-lined sauna, and fine dining at the four-star Gamekeeper Restaurant.  The Cottages at Yonahlossee are tucked away in private wooded settings and within walking distance to the main Inn building. These twelve efficiency cottages are available for nightly, weekly, or monthly stays.

The Cottages are furnished with either a king bed or two queen beds with unique North Carolina rustic twig headboards further enhancing the mountain vacation experience.  The Cottages offer 600 square feet of living space that include a sleeping area, sitting area with gas-log fireplace, kitchenette (with
undercounter refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, and coffee maker),
and a wrap-around deck that is both open and covered.  The sleeping and kitchenette areas are separated from the sitting area by half walls.

The Cottages are duplex townhomes offering separate entrances,
and they do not share adjoining walls. The design assures privacy for
all parties.

A spacious bath features a six-foot circulating tub with glass blocks
behind, double vanity, vaulted ceiling with skylight, and ceramic tile
flooring.

Guests are guaranteed a peaceful night's sleep on our comfortable
pillow top beds new in 2006. These new beds, topped with down
comforters and overflowing with pillows, are getting rave reviews from
guests young and old.

Guests staying in The Cottages are invited to join us every morning at
the main Inn building in the Bear Club Room for a complimentary
continental breakfast. Our breakfast includes both hot and cold
cereals, selections of bagels and danish, yogurt, orange juice, milk,
coffee, teas, and (of course) hot chocolate!

Yonahlossee Resort and Club is conveniently located between the towns
of Boone and Blowing Rock, North Carolina. Boone is the home of
Appalachian State
University and boasts exotic restaurants, fun boutiques, art
galleries, antique malls, and year-round cultural activities. Just
minutes away is the historic Village of Blowing Rock and the Blue
Ridge Parkway with its miles of hiking trails, picnic areas, camp
grounds, fishing lakes, and scenic vistas. Nearby local attractions
include Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain, the Blowing Rock,
Linville Falls, Linville Caverns, public golf courses, and four ski

Rates for The Cottages at Yonahlossee vary according to the season and
do include a departure cleaning. The Cottages are available for nightly, weekly, or monthly rentals. Pets are permitted in some of the Cottages, and all of the
Cottages are non-smoking homes.  Nightly rates range from $189 to $329 per night. Rates are reduced for stays of three or more nights. Weekly and monthly discounts are also available.
