Vacation Rental Description

Bonefish Barbi's (formerly Aaron's Beach House)  is a contemporary, 
glass-fronted vacation 
rental 
home, located five miles north of Governor's Harbour, on the 
Atlantic 
side of the island of Eleuthera, in the sunny Bahamas.  It's main 
assets include: 

1) Privacy: it is in a rural location- all you see is the beautiful 
expanse of ocean from the 
glass front of the house.

2) Setting: has been described by past renters as "...awesome, 
spectacular"...  It sits on a hill overlooking the beach, with a 
view 
of a horizon full of reef-generated whitecaps, as far as the eye can 
see.  There are four decks, two of them, are oceanfront,  to enhance 
the natural setting.  One deck is at the crest of the hill, and one 
deck is on the beach, below.  (You can see many pictures on the home 
website)

3) Deserted beach: they just don't make beaches like this one 
anymore.  It is a half-moon, pinksanded beach, about a half-mile in 
lenght, and very wide.  There are many reefs close to shore, for 
those who choose to snorkel.  There are two sets of fins, masks at 
the 
house for renters enjoyment.  This beach is very private- you will 
probably not see another 
person on the beach.
The house has two bedrooms, each on opposite sides of the house, 
each 
with a private, large bathroom, with vanity.  This makes it suitable 
for two couples, if desired.  The kitchen is fully equipped with 
toaster, blender, oven, microwave, stove, refrigerator. 

 The living room has a 
stereo, DVD, Large TV with Satellite TV (90 channels).  The entire 
front of the house is glass, looking toward the ocean.  You can hear 
the pounding surf, as well as smell the scents of the ocean from all 
parts of the house.

Activities and Attractions

-Snorkelling directly in front of house (one recent renter caught a 
15 pound lobster!!)
-Jogging or walking on beach: the beach goes for more than 3 miles, 
north, without interruption,  great for jogging; hard 
sand near shoreline

Vacation Rental Rates

$1500 per week for 2 year round; 
each addditonal person $100 each
