close to all Orlando and Central Florida attractions, about 25 
minutes drive to Orlando International Airport. About 1 hour drive to 
either Atlantic coast, Cape Kennedy or Gulf coast, Tampa. Patients 
scheduled for Mini Gastric Bypass (MGB) Laparoscopic Weight Loss 
Surgery at Heart of Florida Hospital (just 12 miles south on Highway

Disney World, among the Florida orange groves, with its own private

under roof for those who need shade from the sunshine (right beside 
and overlooking beautiful Davenport Lake, a very unique setting in 
the Disney vacation homes area). Short walking distance to golf 
course, bank, restaurant and several stores.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Featuring: Luxurious sleeping accomodations provided for 8 in 4 
bedrooms; master bedroom with 1 queen size bed and ensuite bath, 
another master bedroom with 1 queen size bed and 2 more bedrooms each 
with 2 twin size beds (total 6 beds with very best of luxury 
mattresses). The children's bedrooms are in Disney themes (Minnie for 
girls and Mickey for boys). 2 full baths, a fully equipped kitchen 
with dishwasher, almost new detached home with high vaulted cathedral 
ceilings, fully screened and furnished patio, gas barbecue, clothes 
washer and dryer, TV with DVD player and VCR recorder, radio with CD 
player and cassette recorder, telephones (for dial-up internet 
access), forced air central heating and air conditioning, double 
garage, all appliances, dishes, utensils, towels and linens 
(everything new in 2000). Car seats, stroller, high-chairs, playpen 
for baby.

Activities and Attractions

Flood-lighted tennis court, play ground, picnic tables and barbecues, 
boat launch ramp, boat finger docks, long large main dock with 
comfortable seats to relax and enjoy the refreshing lake breezes and 
fishing. Only a short walk (next door) to Polo Park/Esprit golf 
course, a short drive to so many more (a golfer's vacation heaven, 
over 200 courses in Orlando area). A short walk to several new local 
stores and a very short drive to several new malls with super-stores 
and restaurants, some open 24/7.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates 2007 All-Inclusive (U.S. Funds): Low Season $595/week (minimum 
booking $375/4 days.) High Season $695/week (minimum booking $430/4 
days. If including both Saturday and Sunday night, then 1 week.) 
Holidays $795/week (minimum booking 1 week). Snowbirds Low Season 
$1820/month, High Season $1920/month (minimum booking 4 weeks).

Weeks are normally Sunday to Sunday. Low Season is January to May 
and September to December inclusive. High Season is June to August 
inclusive. Holidays are Weeks including Spring School Break, Easter 
and Christmas-New Years Season. That's it - no surprise hidden or 
extra charges!

contact us by email or phone as shown at top of this page. While we 
are on vacation (as now), our email temporarily becomes disneyvilla

two. A deposit of $100 per week is required, by money order or cheque.

money. Along with so much other misrepresentation and misuse, the
