With relaxation in mind this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse is fully furnished in an easy-going Florida style. A new custom fitted kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances was installed in 2010. The 1st floor features Mexican tile throughout, including the large screened-in patio with a gas grill. The mastersuite and another bedroom with bath are on the 2nd floor. Both have wooden floors. The 3rd bedroom and bath are on the 1st floor.
The house is located in a gated community in upscale Boca Raton. It is within walking distance of elegant Town Center Mall (Neiman Marcus, Saks, Bloomingdales, Macy's, several restaurants and the lively Blue Martini Bar).
Minutes away there are two grocery stores (Whole Foods, Greenwise), drugstores and more. Movie theaters and a variety of restaurants are within a short driving distance.
Just 30 minutes to Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale Airports, 45 minutes to Miami and only 6 miles to the beach.
