River Run Condos Unit 103A on the Comal River in New Braunfels

Due to a major construction project at River Run that will begin in December 2009. we will not be able to accept bookings until later in 2010.  Please check back periodically as we will update this information with construction progress and when we can resume rentals.  We are located very close to Schliterbaun.
Located on the beautiful Comal River in historic New Braunfels,
Texas, unit 103A is a non smoking 2 bedroom, 2 full bath fully
furnished unit with a balcony that overlooks the Comal River. Your
condo was completely renovated in November 2005, with all new beds,
furnishings, and appliances. This unit easily sleeps six with 1
king size and 1 queen size bed provided for your comfort, along with
a full size sleeper futon, and sleeper sofa. This is the perfect
place to stay to float the river with tube rentals available next to
the River Run condominiums. Wurstfest and Landa park are within
walking distance. You will be close to area golf courses, the San
Marcos Outlet Malls, Historic Gruene antique shopping, Gruene Hall,
and Schlitterbahn. For our extended stay guests there are laundry
facilities available on the property, and a fireplace in the unit
for our Winter Texan guests to enjoy.

The park like setting has over 400 feet of river frontage. This is
a great place to sunbathe by the river, or just sit and watch the
river go by. Your condo is fully furnished including all of your
kitchen needs, televisions in each room, with cable TV throughout,
DVD and VCR players in the living room. New stove, microwave,
dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and blender are provided along
with a full size refrigerator equipped with ice maker. All eating,
drinking, and cooking utensils are brand new. Linens, pillows
towels and wash cloths are provided as well. A hot tub, BBQ grills,
basketball sports court, and picnic tables are provided for your
entertainment and relaxation.

Your condo is located minutes from several popular tourist
attractions, including Schlitterbahn, Wurstfest, downtown Gruene,
Gruene Hall, and golf. For river activities such as toobing,
rafting, and kayaking, we are located on the Comal River, and just
minutes away from the Guadalupe River. There are tube rental
companies just next to our complex. You can rent your toob from
them, enjoy a leisurely float down the river, and they will bring
you right back to the complex. For your shopping pleasure, the
Prime and Tanger Outlet Mall, Texas’ 4th largest tourist attraction,
is only 15 minutes up I 35 in San Marcos. Natural Bridge Caverns is
located only 20 minutes away. For fishing and boating enthusiasts,
Canyon Lake is just a short drive away.

Seasonal Rates: Off Season: $150.00 week day. $175.00 week end.  $850 per week, $1,200 per month.

Peak Season:  May 1 - Labor Day including Wurstfest.  $250.00 week day, $275 week end.  $1,650 per week.  $5,000 per month.

Rentals subject to 13% tax.

Major Credit Cards accepted. You will find this accommodation much
more value for your money than local hotels.
