New Vacancy!! First time in 3 years available for Winter!! in South Padre Island

This is the first time in 3 years that our beach house has been available to rent in Jan.-March.  Relax this winter or year round in our family owned duplex. Make our special family beach house
retreat your place for vacation fun. Start your day walking on our beautiful beach and end your day
relaxing on your very own deck. Our unit has tile floors, a bedroom with a queen size bed, one with
two twin beds, and a queen size sofa bed. Yes..we have internet service and cable television. We are
the original owners of the property and are now renting year round. We know you'll love it as much
as we do! This is a non-smoking unit. Pets are not permitted in the unit. We will not rent to
vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or
parent.

Our duplex has 1100 sq.ft. and is one block from the beach. It is a single story unit with an
outside deck upstairs. Linens are furnished. Central air/heat, full kitchen with microwave,coffee
maker,toaster,blender,stove,cooking utensils and refrigerator/freezer. There is one bathroom with a
shower, no tub. wireless Internet access and cable television are in the livingroom area. The livingroom has
a sofa and love seat. The kitchen area has a dining table and cozy sitting area with sofa and two
chairs. The unit has tile floors for easy cleaning. For fun there are books, a vcr, dvd player, cd
player/radio, and games. Outside there is a butane grill. Private parking is in front of the duplex.
An activity guide and restaurant guide is provided. Many restaurants and shops are near our
property. The grocery store is 2 blocks away. Take the "Wave" shuttle bus if you do not have your
car. A laundromat is 1 block away. No Smoking...No Pets.

Our tropical island and surrounding area has many attractions. We have the gulf and bay, marinas,
eco-tourism, churches, cinema, groceries, museums, laundromat, water-park, atm/banks, pier-fishing,
beachcombing, deepsea-fishing, hiking, sight-seeing, bird-watching, fly-fishing, surf-fishing, jet-
sking, bay fishing, kite flying/lessons, windsurfing/lessons, sailing, walking, golf near by,
horseback riding, sufing, tours to Mexico(bring your passport), Sea Turtle Rescue center, sandcastle
building/lessons, fun shops, many restaurants from casual to fancy...indoor or outdoors and the best
activity is just plain relaxing and getting away from it all!!! Anything else...give us a call and

Spring April 1-May 31= $875 a week-Minimum Stay- 1 week
Fall Sept. 15-Nov. 30= $900 a week- Minimum Stay - 1 week
Winter Dec.1-March 31= $1200 a month Minimum Stay - 1 month (no tax or cleaning fee for winter rental)

*Not available June, July, August*

Special holidays will have higher rates!
Tax: 14.5% (No tax on monthly rentals)
Cleaning fee: $50
Security Deposit: $200
