Casa Descalza-Dream Like Ocean Front Villa in Puerto Escondido

Bienvenido to Paradise! Casa Descalza, which means Barefoot House, is a unique property
that will automatically make you escape from reality! Imagine what a day at Casa
Descalza could be: Start your day with a walk on the beach to see the sunrise; enjoy a
very good breakfast prepared by our cook Eni; spend some time in our beautiful pool
while watching the waves; read or relax in one of our five hammocks; enjoy a fabulous
lunch; visit the village, watch the world's best surfers, watch the sunset while having
a drink, have a sumptuous dinner prepared just for you in our stunning dining area. This
house has all the amenities of a luxurious, upscale resort but in the intimacy of your
own private villa and beach. It is the perfect place for a romantic getaway, or a family
or friend reunion. Puerto Escondido is located one hour and a half north of Huatulco .
Our luxurious villa is located approximately 12 miles from the Puerto Escondido airport
and 9 miles from the village.

Casa Descalza features:

- 2 oceanfront Master Suites each having 2 double beds and a sitting area and a private
bathroom
- 4 garden bungalows: 2 with a king size bed and a sofa/single bed with private bathroom
2 with 3 single beds and a private bathroom
- 1 media room with wraparound couch that can also be transformed into single beds (2).
- 1 dining area that can sit up to 18 persons.
- 1 large living area open to the ocean
- 4 staff members (a cook, a maid and someone to run errands and help around the house)

All rooms have A/C and ceiling fans.
Wireless internet available in main living area and master suites.

Puerto Escondido is well known for it's large selection of outdoor activities but mostly
for it's pristine, uncrowded beaches where you can take long walks.

Low Season (May 1 - Sept. 30th):
-$550/night (1-4 persons) and $50/night for each extra person

High Season(Oct 1 - April 30th)
-$700/night (1-4 persons) and $50/night for each extra person (see *)

*Christmas Period: $2500/night (1-4 persons) and $50/night for each extra person
* Santa Semana: $1800/night (1-4 persons) and $50/night for each extra person
* 7 nights minimum stay for Holiday season and Santa Semana
