Available for rent is the upstairs of my house. It has it'w own private entrance. It is light and
sunny, in a quiet neighborhood near 2 freeways and public transportation. The backyard patio and
barbeque are available for use at any time. All linens and kitchen utensils and appliances are
provided. There is plenty of safe street parking right in front of the house. A long driveway can
accomodate a trailer, boat, or motorhome. Downtown San Leandro with shops and restaurants is only a
few blocks away. Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) is an easy one mile walk from my house. San
Francisco is one half-hour away, Muir Woods an hour and a half, Lake Tahoe 4 hours, Yosemite 4
hours, Napa Valley one and one-half hours. Numerous golf courses in the area. Lake Chabot reservoir
for fishing, boating, and hiking trails within 15 minutes.
