bath unit is located on the fourth floor. The west facing lanai
overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and Turkey Bay provides breathtaking
views of sunsets over the Gulf. The lanai also features a Jenn Air
grill.
The 3800 square foot condo includes:

Fully equipped with granite countertops, GE Profile stainless steel appliances
(refrigerator, 6 burner gas range, wine refrigerator, microwave,
convection oven, ice maker, & dishwasher).  Also includes sitting area with flat screen TV.

MASTER BEDROOM SUITE
The master bedroom suite has a king bed, large walk in closet. The master bath has a large shower, whirlpool tub and his & her sinks all done in marble.

2nd MASTER BEDROOM SUITE
The 2nd master bedroom suite has a queen bed and a slider to the city view
lanai. The bath includes a shower, roman tub and his & her sinks.

3rd BEDROOM SUITE
The 3rd bedroom has twin beds and a slider to the city view
lanai. The bath has a shower.

GRAND SALON
The Grand Salon's windows face west overlooking Turkey Bay and beautiful sunsets.  Sliders access the lanai. It includes a 42" plasma TV.

LANAI
Sit with a class of wine and watch the sunsets overlooking Turkey Bay.  It includes a Jenn Air Grill.

LAUNDRY ROOM
In unit laundry room with full size washer and dryer.
