Treasure a vacation week in Bonnet Shores/Narragansett in Narragansett

This home is a charming cape in the Bonnet Shores section of Narragansett (94 Treasure
Road). The Bonnet Shores area is a family neighborhood with two scenic beaches. This beach
home is one road from Colonel John Gardner Road that runs along the waterfront of
Bonnet Shores. The home is within walking distance of both the main beach (Kelly Beach- private- for our summer tenants and residents-no beach pass required)
and the little beach that offers views of the Jamestown Bridge. The last few years( on the
weekends), the Bonnet Shores Fire District has provided a school bus that travels the
neighborhood between 12 pm- 5 pm picking up beach goers and dropping them off at the beach
(perfect for the family that is carrying beach chairs and a cooler filled with snacks).
This bus route includes a stop in front of our home on Treasure Road.

This 3 bedroom cape with one bathroom offers one queen size bed, two full size beds and
one twin bed. The washer/ dryer is in the basement area. There is a new large wrap-around
deck off the kitchen in the front/ side of the house. Blankets, pillows and comforters are
provided for each of the beds. (Linens are not included)The kitchen is fully functional
with dishes, pots and pans. The deck has patio furniture and a gas grill.

Bonnet Shores: swimming, biking, children activities/playground, boating, fishing. The
area is near the town beach in Narragansett (4 miles),other state beaches in Narragansett,
area restaurants, Jamestown,Newport (within 20 minutes)and Block Island Ferry about 10

Reserve (1/2 the rent paid as your deposit) your week for Summer 2012 by April 1, 2012 and receive a $50 gas card upon your arrival for your vacation. (requirements described on your confirmation reservation form)

$1275/week for Summer weeks (Saturday 2pm to Saturday 10am)
Summer weeks May 29th- September 4th, 2012 
Damage Deposit of $200 required
$150 cleaning fee required-non-refundable
1/2 the rent is required to reserve the summer week
Multiple weeks are available.
Winter rental academic year 2012-2013 available- $12150+Utilities PAID BY SEMESTER/ EQUIVALENT TO $450/BEDROOM/MONTHLY
