Our villa is available for long term rental. Escape to our 2 bedroom
2 bath fully equipped villa for an exceptional rate. Call for

You will be very comfortable sleeping in the new pillow top queen
size bed. Two twins beds in 2nd bedroom. Call for details and
bookings.  Must be 25 years of age to rent our villa.

Once you have arrived to our villa, please consider this your home.

All you need to pack are your clothes and toiletries. The rest is
waiting for you. Be sure to pick up some groceries and suntan lotion
when you arrive on the island having fun is the only requirement from
here on in.

Enjoy all Hilton Head Beach and Tennis has to offer. The beach is
just a short walk away, largest swimming pool on the island, toddler
pool, bike rentals, 10 lighted (free) tennis courts, fitness
center, children's playground, restaurants, billiards room, laundry
facility and don't forget about all the golf courses and putt putt
near by.

If sightseeing is what you are looking for: Historical Charleston
within a 2 hour drive from Hilton Head Island. Charming Savannah,
Georgia is only 45 minutes away.

Staying on the island: Check out Coligny Plaza where you will find
many shops and wonderful restaurants. Tanner Outlet Mall minutes off
the island. South Beach is home to The Salty Dog Cafe
can't leave without a t-shirt. We suggest you grab a visitor's
guide when you get on the island.

$125.00 per night plus a cleaning fee of $95.00
