Spend your valuable vacation time in this adorable, comfortable and "beachy" cottage at Summer Village in Wells, Maine. Our cottage is designed to make you feel as if you are on vacation the moment you step through the door. The rooms include a complete kitchen with all appliances and furnishings, a full bathroom, living area, an enclosed, finished porch, and two cozy bedrooms.
The master bedroom offers a queen size bed, while the second bedroom Is appointed with a twin over full bunk bed to accommodate different sleeping needs. The living room sofa pulls out to a comfortable queen sleeper bed.
Cottage amenities include two TVs with cable (living room and master
bedroom), DVD player, stereo with CD changer, washer/dryer, pack and
play, beach towels and toys, cooler, beach umbrella, board games and
more. We try to make your visit as comfortable as possible by
providing thoughtful conveniences. It is family friendly, yet also
very enjoyable for adults.

Summer Village is an impressive new gated cottage community located just minutes from the beautiful beaches of Wells, Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. Amenities include three pools (one adults-only pool with hot tub, and two "family" pools with kiddie pools) tennis courts, playgrounds, shuffleboard, basketball, putting green and more! In addition, the "barn" where check-in is located, offers a computer room with no charge wifi internet access, an extensive fitness center, sauna, and game room with billiards, air hockey, and more. Special events and children's activities offer even more options for recreation and entertainment.
This cottage is in a prime location within the community - quiet street a short walk to clubhouse, all pools, and playgrounds.
Summer Village provides an internal trolley system during peak seasons
to take you around the well landscaped property, although it is also
easily walkable. The town of Wells has a trolley to take you to
attractions throughout the town and neighboring Ogunquit, including
beaches, shopping, antiquing, dining, theater and more.
Summer Village is truly a unique and exciting place to spend your
next vacation. You'll want to come back year after year!

May 11 - Jun 22 - $950/week or $165/night, 2 night minimum stay

June 23 - July 6 - $1450/week or $235/night, 3 night minimum stay

July 7 - Aug 24 - $1650/week

Aug 25 - Sept 7 - $1450/week or $235/night, 3 night minimum stay

Sept 8 - Oct 28  - $950/week or $165/night, 2 night minimum stay

Weekly stays are Saturday to Saturday unless a specific exception is made.

All rentals are subject to 7% Maine Lodging Tax and include all fees.

All rentals include registration, amenity and basic cleaning fees.

Rate is based on double occupancy per bedroom.
Check Out: 10:00 AM
Check In: 3:00 PM
Payment can be made by personal check, or Paypal (accepts Visa,
Mastercard, American Express, or Discover).
Reservation Deposit: All reservations are guaranteed by a deposit of
25% of the total, inclusive of the 7% Maine Lodging tax.
Balance of rental payment is due 30 days prior to check in date. A
fully refundable security deposit of $500 is also required with booking.
