$149 per room per night when all 4 rooms are booked and the 5th room is free! (Total for house $595
per night)
Saturdays are reserved for weddings, receptions and events. Saturday rate is $1800, but when 7
nights are booked, you get Saturday as well in the 7 night rate of $4000 a week
Other than Saturdays, $595 per night with a 3 night minimum
