Vacation Rental Description

Grace's Place is a real Maine cottage, with pine floors and a working 
field stone fireplace.  Walk down the path to a sand and stone beach
(at low tide), read a book on the inside porch or outside deck with a 
great view of Harpswell Sound, Bailey's and Orrs's Islands and the 
open ocean beyond, while the kids play in the yard.  This is a very 
quiet location, just right for that get away you have been looking 
for, with enough room inside and out to avoid that "cabin fever" 
feeling.
A mooring for your boat is available.  
No inside smoking please, and no pets.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Four bedrooms, one double upstairs, two doubles and a single 
downstairs
Full bath with tiled shower/bathtub
Deck with gas grill and picnic table
Full kitchen with gas stove and oven, cookware, dishes, and utensils
Telephone for local calls
Linens, pillows, towels, and blankets(it is Maine) provided
Cable TV with VCR
Washer and dryer

Activities and Attractions

Pick up your fresh lobsters a mile away, visit the galleries of the 
Harpswell Artist's Guild, day trip to LL Bean, Portland or Bath. 
Bowdoin College is in nearby Brunswick, and water's edge restaurants 
are nearby.  Plany tennis and let the kids play at the community 
playground, or see the Sea Dogs play baseball in Portland. If you 
have a boat, we have a mooring at the bottom of the hill.
