Steps to the beach and a great rate too!  Three minutes after you leave our condo, Unit 14, you can be on the beautiful Sanibel beach where you can walk for miles searching for shells or other treasures from the ocean. We have just redecorated the condo with new wood floors and new furniture, and there are hd tv's in the living room, master bedroom and guest bedroom.  Sea Shells of Sanibel, Unit 14, is one of the best values on Sanibel Island. The complex has a wonderful, large, heated pool, gas bbq grills, tennis court, shuffleboard, laundry facilities, bike rentals and an on-site management office with laundry facilities. All of the condos have cable tv and free wi-fi internet access. Unit 14 is conveniently located close to the beach access and also close to the pool, office, and other facilities.
    It is a small quiet condominium complex, surrounded by nature preserve land, yet it is close to all of the wonderful activities and restaurants Sanibel has to offer. It has its own private beach access so you don't have to fight any crowds on the beach. Sea Shells condominiums are located on West Gulf Dr. about a mile from grocery stores, many delightful shops, great restaurants, and
the only movie theater on the island! It's also close to Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge, Bailey Matthews Shell Museum, Tarpon Bay kayaking, canoeing, and fishing, live theater, and two public island golf courses. The 23 mile island bike, skating, and walking trail is right in front of the complex. So many choices of what to do, if you can't make up your mind, just sit with a book on the beach, soak up the sun, and do nothing at all!

We have tried to make our condo meet your every need and desire. We have added Free Instant Netflix in our condo, so you can watch your favorite movie or specific tv show on one of our new hd tv's in the living room or either bedroom.  Our two bedroom condo has been totally refurbished with casual, comfortable "beachy" furnishings designed to make your stay relaxed and enjoyable. In Jan. 2013, we had new wood flooring installed, new furniture, and it was freshly painted. A king-sized bed in the master bedroom, two twins in the guestroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room allow our condo to accommodate up to six people. We also have a roll-away bed and an air bed which will fit in either of the bedrooms.  Both the bedrooms and living room have ceiling fans to help keep you cool in addition to the central air conditioning. Our open-plan kitchen, complete with custom cabinetry and granite countertops, is fully equipped should you decide to dine in. Our unit is one of the closest to the beach. We have beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella for you to take to that perfect spot on the beach. We have tried to think of everything to make your time on Sanibel as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Hopefully we have succeeded and you will be anxious to return again and again!

Sanibel offers a very natural, old Florida environment. You won't
find high rise buildings or any of the chain restaurants on the island. Our beach has the best sunsets on the island! Mother Nature has created a masterpiece of soft white sand, soothing gulf breezes and natural beautry. Enjoy miles of scenic bike trails that meander along the gulf and wind through wildlife habitat and quiet neighborhoods. Canoe or kayak unpoiled waterways, home to the endangered manatee and hundreds of varieties of birds. Splash and swim with the dolphins in the Gulf, gather shells along the beach or simply stretch out with a good book and relax. The island offers wonderful fishing and boating, if you'd rather be on top of the water. There are eco-tours to experience the mangroves and learn about the variety of sea life that surrounds Sanibel.
Here are some other ideas of things to do: bicycling on the 23 miles of trails, golfing, art galleries, fishing, chartering a sailboat or power boat, shopping at hundreds of speciality shops, live theater.
