This well furnished first floor carriage home provides you with a nice lake view from your screened  lanai where you can enjoy morning coffee, lunch and dinner if you please watching the water birds that make this lake their home.  This two bedroom  home also inclues a den, two full baths, washer and dryer and a one car garage. Fully equipped with all of your needs for your stay. Just bring your clothes and prepare to relax and explore all the wonderful things to do in Fort Myers and surrounding area.

Bell Tower Park has two pool locations.  Each includes a heated pool, spa and gas grills for your use. There is also a large community center with exercise equipment, billiards, and a large TV for gatherings.  You will find tennis courts, a children's play area, and sidewalks throughout the main road for easy walking.

If you enjoy dining out, you will appreciate the Bonefish Grill restaurant that is right at the front door step of Bell Tower Park. Many other restaurants are only a couple of minutes away. You are about a mile from the Bell Tower Shops that offer wonderful shopping, fine restaurants and a place to stroll and enjoy an outdoor coffee while you relax. You are close to Lakes Regional Park, both Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel that provide for an enjoyable outing. If you enjoy sports, you can't beat how close you are to the Twins Spring Training facility and City of Palms Park where the Red Sox train. Our ECHL hockey team, the Everblades also provide great entertainment.  The airport is also conveniently located if you have out of town visitors during your stay.

Seasonal rate of $3,200 per month are in effect for January, February and March. Off season rate drops to $2,500 per month.  Bell Tower Park calls for a minimum rental of one month.  There are no weekly rentals allowed. 

To secure your reservation, there is a $700 refundable security/reservation needed. 

We are required to charge a 6% state and 5% county tax on all rentals of less than six months.  There is also an $85 departure cleaning fee.
