on a gorgeous beach. Within minutes from our ground floor non-
smoking condo you can be either at the pool or the beach. After a

the perfectly manicured Kiahuna lawn. Our unit is perfect for the
kids to run around and play on the lawn. Prepare a meal in the full
kitchen or use the BBQ which is steps away from your lanai. Unit
#80 offers typical island comfort and style with all of the niceties
of home.

Brand new King size bed and bedroom furniture. The living room
couch is a convertible queen size bed. Cable TV in living room and
bedroom. A Washer and dryer (shared) is a short walk from the
unit. Beach services include free beach chairs and towels.
Activity hut rents out boogie boards. Our unit and Kiahuna are very
kid friendly. Kiahuna's pool was just redone and has a waterslide
that both children and those of us that are young at heart enjoy.

$150- $175 a night. (Holiday Rates slightly higher)

12.416% State tax added to rate.
5 night minimum stay. Inquire for shorter stay as it may fit in.
2 night deposit is required to hold reservation.
Balance due 45 days prior to arrival.

Guests pay for requested housecleaning and $79.17 check-out cleaning
fee and tax.
