atmosphere, wide sandy beaches, and convenience to all the Grand 
Strand area attractions. 

This beautiful two bedroom, two bath, ocean front villa is sure to 
please. A moderate sized condominium, unit 234 offers a living and 
dining area, breakfast bar, air conditioning and heat, oceanfront 
balcony, cable TV, telephone, and completely equipped full sized 
kitchen with a range/oven, refrigerator with icemaker, microwave, 
disposal, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and electric 
can opener. 

The ocean side master bedroom suite has a private bath, oceanfront 
balcony access, and a Queen sized bed. 

Both the second bedroom offers queen size accommodations along with 
a full size sleeper sofa in the living room. 

This is a Non-Smoking, Four Star property, a direct ocean front 
unit, just steps to the sand. Our updated nautical themed 'paradise' 
is immaculately clean and comfortable. Extra features include: 2 
TVs, DVD Player, VCR, iron, Stereo, Hair dryer and iron/ironing 
board. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

A Place at the Beach IV offers a large, heated & deep ocean front 
swimming pool, a hard to find luxury. Enjoy lounging by the pool on 
the newly renovated sun deck area. There is also a baby pool for the 
little ones to enjoy. Community areas also include a barbeque area, 
beach showers, and coin operated laundry facilities located on every 
floor.

While strolling the beach be sure to check out the Apache Pier, 
Ocean Annie's Beach Bar, and a Straw Market area located across the 
street. We are only a short distance from grocery stores, night 
clubs, and great restaurants.

* Rates are subject to change. Departure cleaning service is 
included with all rentals. Peek weeks (May 31st - August 16th) are 
Saturday to Saturday rentals only. All rentals require a $250 
refundable security deposit prior to check-in.  To ensure optimum 
service, pets and house parties are strictly prohibited. And for a
 proper family vacation atmosphere, guests must be married, 
accompanied by parents or be over 25 years of age. Weekly linen 
service is available for an additional $35.
