Beautiful, 2000 square foot, lakefront home located at the three mile
marker on the Big Niangua arm of the lake known for its smooth water,
which is great for skiing or tubing. Fishing is good off the
dock and in the many near-by coves.

Perhaps you'd prefer just relaxing or sunbathing on one of the two
decks. The dock contains a swim platform with ladder and jet ski
lift. There is a "martini" deck that extends over the water which
is a great place to sunbathe. There are benches around the deck and a
picnic table plus lawn chairs.
There is also a deck on two sides of the house for those who wish to
be outside but out of the sun. Additional lawn chairs and tables with
an umbrella are for your use.

Large great room with dining area at one end and a fireplace at the
other. Kitchen with lots of built-in cupboards and appliances. All
utensils, bedding and linens are furnished.

For the convenience of our other guests, we ask that there is NO
SMOKING inside the house, and NO pets. Fireworks are NOT permitted as
this is a wooded, residential area.

Vacation Rental Features:
Air conditioning, washer, dryer. Linens provided, off street parking;
Room for 3 cars, or 2 cars and a boat trailer. Wood burning
fireplace.
Master bedroom with a king size bed, is extra large, 22'x 14'.
Carpeted, 6 windows, 2 ceiling fans,full private bath with tub and
shower. Second bedroom, upper story, queen size bed, private bath
with shower. Lower level bedroom with two twin beds, large closet.
Bathroom with shower adjoining bedroom. Sofa in the living room
makes into a queen size bed.
Cable/Satellite TV in living room & in upstairs guest room.
Full Kitchen equipped with full size appliances, dishwasher, garbage
disposal,
microwave and small appliances including Belgian waffle iron, hand
mixer, coffee maker, etc. Large
refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, and microwave.
A propane grill available on the deck surrounding the house. Charcoal
grill next to picnic table on
the deck over the lake. Wooden deck surrounds 2 sides of the house.
Tables and deck chairs provided
for relaxing. Small area between lawn and the lake for shell
seekers. Lawn swing near edge of lake.
Great fishing from the dock.
No Pets Allowed.
Smoking Not Allowed inside the house.

Jan-Dec .. $185/night + tax; $1,250 per week + tax
Minimum of 3 Nights
50% Due at time of Reservation; 50% Due 1 Month Before Arrival
A refundable $250 Damage Deposit is Required.
Check-in time is 4:00 P.M. Check-out time is 10 A.M.
2 month cancellation policy.
