Off Season- April 19, 2009 to May 29, 2009 and September 6, 2009 to December 12, 2009.
The off season rate is $680.00 + tax per week Saturday to Saturday.
Cleaning Fee: $80.00 + tax Subject to 12.5% state and county sales tax.
Check in is Saturday @ 2PM and checkout is Saturday @ 10PM. A $300.00 Deposit is required.
