Off Season- April 21- May 25 2012, and August 11- Dec. 21 2012. The off season rate is $800.00 12.5% tax per week Saturday to Saturday. Check in 2pm, check out 10am.
Cleaning Fee: Cleaning fee and tax is $95.63.
Check in is Saturday @ 2PM and checkout is Saturday @ 10PM. A $500.00 Deposit is required.
