Off Season- April 17 to May 21, 2010, and September 11 to December 31, 2010. The off season rate is $750+ tax per week Saturday to Saturday.
Cleaning Fee: $80.00 + tax Subject to 12.5% state and county sales tax.
Check in is Saturday @ 2PM and checkout is Saturday @ 10PM. A $300.00 Deposit is required.
